First meeting - Consultation
Lets all talk about your project, and what you would like to accomplish. We don't do business with everyone, so lets make sure everyone is clear on the Project needs and wants. Get a full scope of the project.
Design and approval
We like doing our Barndominium designs in house, simply because we have a tried and true method and find it works better to design our plans that way from the beginning. However, we are more than happy to sit down and look at your pre-made plans and work with you on a budget moving forward either way.
Permiting
Are you inside City Limits? That's okay! We have years of experience dealing with Engineers, City Inspectors, and Building codes.
Outside City Limits? Well, that's even better.
